Structurization of Titanium Carbide Ceramics Involving
Aug 29, 2019· The paper studies the structurization of titanium carbide ceramics with additions of synthesized superfine SiC–Fe2O3 powder composites as master alloys under pressureless sintering. The superfine master alloy particles promoted a homogeneous structure in TiC0.7N0.3 titanium carbonitride and hardening of the resultant materials. The mechanical properties of the materials were examined.
